Robert J. Moran Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert J. Moran of Goleta, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moran and Clara Moran (Mullen); his siblings, Cecilia Storey (Leonard), Edna, Kaye Lemieux (Stan), Gert Lockhart (Lloyd) and Lenny (Hilda); his nieces, Laurie Lockhart (George Vessios) and Janet Lockhart; and his nephew John Lemieux.
He is survived by: his significant other Grenda Lyon; his nieces and nephews, Karen Beasley (John), Paul Lemieux (Sandra), Bobbi Reeves (David), Kim Lockhart, Ann Powell (Collin), Sheila Duggan (Gary), Larry Lemieux (Joanne), Greg Lockhart (Sherry Harrison), Heather Ayer (Brian) and Gerard Green; his friends, Nadine Anderson, Rachel McKeone and Kathy Weir; and also, Solvang, San Simeon and Disneyland.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (5444 Hollister Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93111). A burial will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (199 N Hope Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93110).
