It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilda Helen Rickard of Glenn, California, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellis Wagoner and Lena Mae Wagoner (Wolf); her husband Glenn Rickard; her children, Sandra Russ (Andy), Jennifer Thielbahr and Michael Capella (Kathleen); her granddaughters, Kelly Russ Ripley (Marc), Kristen Russ and Kaitlyn Amundsen (Andy); and her great grandchild Parker.
