He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ouellette and Annie Ouellette (Castonguay); and his siblings, Roland, Paul Ouellette, Jeannine Ouellette of Jay, ME., Doris Simoneau of Jay, ME. and Denise Gats of Jay, ME..
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bello of Salem, OR; his children, Katherine Oeser of Corona, CA, Kenneth Ouellette of La Verne, CA, Philip Ouellette of Corona, CA, Jacqueline Moncayo of Upland, CA, Dr. Frances Dunniway and Beverly Crisler of Dahlonega, GA; and his siblings, Claire Fitzpatric of Wilton, ME and Elmore Ouellette of Georgetown, SC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
