He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrio Viloria and Teodorica Viloria; and his siblings, Virginia Carreon, Sally Isip, Freddie and Ronnie Viloria.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Rickey Viloria, Jr., Regina Griffin and Vincent Mendez; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kiana, Nathaniel, Koa, Vincent, Jr., Joshua, Noah and Preston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
