She is survived by: her husband James Smith; her children, Melissa Cleverly (Kyle), Melanie Carlisle (Jim), Michelle Gardner (Zak) and Jason Smith (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Austin, Brock, Cassidy, Ryan, Kaelyn, Jimmy, Jordan, Jared, Jak, James, Trevor and Dylan; her great grandchildren, JC, Emmett and Thomas; and her siblings, Carolyn Hall, Lois Wheeler, Peggy Harward, Judy Ball, Roy Farris and Ted Farris.
