He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Cera; his children, Molly (Doug), Megan (Josh), Larissa (Jon), Thomas (Christine), Amy (Fox), David (Amber) and Kelsy (Clinton); his grandchildren, Anna, Paul, Elizabeth, Jonah, Ethan, Christian, Kalea, Asher, Cash, Isaiah, Shayla, Cosette, Mitchell, Dax, Peter, Quincy, Arthur, Sabine, Declan, Emeric, Skye, Lennox, Lachlan, Finnick and Rosalind; his parents, John Robert Hulihan and Elizabeth Amerkhanian; his brothers, James and Jeffrey; his stepbrothers, Doug and Kenneth; and his sister Jane. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
