He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fraisl; his children, Tina Lawler, Tami Tennis, Dale Firman and Peggy Slaboda; and his grandchildren, Cole, Ryer, Chad, Rhett, Dylan, Cameron, Raife and Alison. He is also survived by his children & friends.
