He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lorraine Mulholland of Sioux City and John Richard Ludlum of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is survived by: his friends, Kenny Huffman, Charles Schumer, Bill and Noe; his wife Dr. Noelani Apau Ludlum; his brother James Ludlum; his niece Sarah Jayne Ludlum; his great-niece Sadie Jayne; his great-nephew Declan Jefferson Ludlum; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Richard Kaukapono Apau and Selena Apau (Apau). He is also survived by relatives and Wonderful lifelong friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery (45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
