He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominga Fernandez and Manuel Fernandez. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Margaret Elkins, Katherine Panaqua (Mario) of Simi Valley, Christina Fernandez of Glendale and John Fernandez (Katrina) of Glendale.
