She is survived by: her sons, John Robert and James Phillip; her husband Jay; her pet Cayenne; her daughters, Suzanne Swanson and Catherine Copenhaver; her grandsons, John Robert and James Phillip Copenhaver; her siblings, Robert Galusha, David Galusha and Donna Graden; and her nieces, Laura Gordon, Margaret Braun, Meghan Galusha and Katelin Moore.
