“Met Jim in 2004 at my father-in-law's memorial service. He sat next to my mom-in-law. He was her work BFF. In 2006 I joined Northern Trust and also had the pleasure of working with Jim until his retirement. We'd love to explore DTLA, discuss books, news, and of course... all things Monty Python. Once I gave him a pair of coconuts in the event he needed to "run away" (Holy Grail reference). It sat in his office but he never needed to use them. He was always one cool gentleman! He will be missed.”
