It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Chavez of Gilroy, California, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marla J. Chavez; his parents, Grace Chavez and Simon Chavez; and his siblings, Adeline and Simon (Uncle Junior).
He is survived by: his children, Tom Chavez (Gondie), Corby Chavez and Kelly Chavez Johnson (Brad); his grandchildren, Garrett Chavez (Nyssa), Matthew Chavez, Kara Johnson (Garren) and Amber Chavez (Martin); and his sister Eloisa.
In leu of flowers, they would like donations to go to the Lords Table of Gilroy or the American Cancer Society.
