She was predeceased by: her brother Jose Pedro Tongson. She is survived by: her husband Jan Vincent Pizarro; her children, Kenneth Vincent, Janice Guinevere and Maureen Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Lukas, Krysten, Tyler, Heather and EJ; her siblings, Exaltacion, Corazon, Julian, Charito, Mario, Yolanda, Ferdinand and Agustina; her daughter-in-law Mylene; and her siblings-in-law, Rosemarie (Noel), Geraldine, Anne, Rafael and Enrico. She is also survived by friendship with her patient's family members.
