He is survived by: his son Benjamin Vera; his stepchildren, Steven Ditmore, Penny Rivera and Christopher Gomez; his nieces and nephews, Steven Vera, Elizabeth Vera, Little David Vera, Troy Vera, Natalia Vera, Bianca Johnson, Daniel Vera, Lillian Vera, Ruben Vera, Jr., Raul Vera, Asia Cordova, Aaliah Cordova, Alexis Cordova, Little Ricky Cordova, Jayden Cordova and Ray Cordova, Jr.; his siblings, Big Joe Vera, Ruben Vera, Sr., John Vera, Cruz Vera and Martha Vera; and his great grandchildren, Marissa Nino, Daniel Vasquez and Little David Rivera.
