He is survived by: his wife Jennie Baltazar; his children, Peter Lira, Brenda Beltran (Ismael), Gina Baltazar, Lisa Pasillas (Felix) and Monica Baltazar; his grandson Vince Nino; and his sisters, Polly Mercado (Sal), Yolanda De La Cruz, Esther Rivera and Rosa Baltazar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
