She was predeceased by: her husband John V. Vasquez; her parents, Tomas Amaya and Mariana Amaya; her grandparents, Francisco and Gorgonia Amaya; and her siblings, Lorenzo Amaya, Jay Amaya, Ysabel Amaya, Aurora Vasquez and Socorro Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Lillie Fuentes (Robert), Tommy Vasquez of Hemet, CA, Fred Vasquez of Watsonville, CA and Jennie Susan Vasquez-Morse of Fremont, CA; her sister Mercy Vasquez; and also Mali. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
