He is survived by: his children, Elisa Borman-Rubio, Josephine Rubio, Belen Perez, Fidel Jr., Tony Santiago, Bernadine Tucker, Jesse Santiago, Adela Zarate and Dolores Gonzales. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
