She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Fortino; her daughter Jennifer Hardenbrook; her son-in-law James Maurice Hardenbrook; her grandson Michael Domenic Glass; and her parents, William Barker and Sylvia Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Louie Dominic Fortino (Karen), Karen Jean Covington, Liz Glass (Dave), Toni Mintz (Ronnie) and Sandra Fortino Gorman (John); her granddaughter Nicole Snipes (Captain Ron); her children, Rebecca Kraut, Joel Gorman (Jennifer), Luke James Fortino, Jessica Woosley (Matthew), John James Glass (Kelly), Heihachiro Domenic Koyama (Lisa), Lacey Jean Gorman, Michael Domenic Glass and Gage Stephen Gorman; her great grandchild Christopher Maurice Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Kaeden Glass, Olivia Fortino, Szklarski, Jaxon Woosley, Jaede Glass, Jack Alexander Gorman and Domenic Vincenzo Koyama; and her siblings, Bill Barker, Vivian Mangano and Jerry Barker.
