He is survived by: his wife Deise Lara; his children, Andres, Abraham and Andrea Castaneda; his parents, Armando and Maria; and his siblings, William and Anisa Castaneda.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Habing Family Funeral Home (129 4th St, Gilroy, CA 95020). A rosary was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Catherine's of Alexandria Catholic Church (17400 Peak Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Gavilan Hills Memorial Park (1000 1st St, Gilroy, CA 95020).
