It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Jean Crook Lance of Gilroy, California, born in Ely, Nevada, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Don Crook and Wilmuth Witt Crook. She is survived by: her spouse Lynn Terry Lance; her children, Lane Lance (Debra), Scott Lance, Laura Pettit (Matt), Jonathan Lance (Jan), Carol Wilson, Shawn Lance (Sandi) and Sally Herbert (Jeff); her siblings, Mary Hill (Mel), Margaret Hicken (Jay), Frederick Crook (Elizabeth), Alice Hicken (John) and Nancy Adams (Richard); and her brother-in-law Brent Wadsworth. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
