Devin Ray Rasmussen Obituary
Devin Ray Rasmussen, 26, of Gerber, California, passed away Saturday August 25, 2018 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born in Redding, California and was an Electrical Lineman who enjoyed gaming, working out at the gym, and hunting. Devin graduated from Red Bluff High School in 2010 and he went on to graduate from Northwest Lineman College (NLC) in Oroville, CA in 2013. Devin worked for Irby’s Construction from 2013-2015 and was currently employed with Air2. Devin loved working as an Electrical Lineman and found a 2nd family away from home with Air2. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Janet Willoughby.
Survivors include his mother, Jacqueline Willoughby, of Gerber, California; brothers, Randy Bilotto, of Red Bluff, California and twin brother Dwight Rasmussen, of Gerber, California; father Ethan Rasmussen and his wife Shannon Rasmussen, of Proberta, Calfornia; brother, Drew Rasmussen, of Proberta, California; sisters, Natalie Rasmussen and Reagan Rasmussen, both of Proberta, California; paternal grandparents, Dean Rasmussen, of Red Bluff, California and Allen (Al) and Donna Wolter, of Woodbridge, California and Devin is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Devin is loved & missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins & friends, and the gaming community.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Devin touched are invited to a Celebration of Life will be scheduled for September 30, 2018 at the Red Bluff Community Center, 1500 S. Jackson Street, Red Bluff, CA from 12-4 pm. Please send memorials to Northwest Lineman College 2009 Challenger Ave. Oroville, CA 95965. A scholarship in Devin’s Honor is going to be set up to Northwest Lineman College through Chase Bank.
