He is survived by: his children, Stanley Harumitsu Nakazono of New York, Yuriko Shikai (Masashi), Terry Nakazono and Thomas Taketaka Nakazono (Akari); his grandchildren, Sayuri Shikai and Yurika Shikai of Kai Nakazono; and his half-sister Junko Kuroda of Japan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
