She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo Wade and Esien Wade; her husband Larry Spearman; and her siblings, Betty Sullivan, Mary Jane Battiest, Cecil Wade, Glenda Loma and Marilyn Kaye Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Doni; her son-in-law Bill Lewis of California; her brother R. C.; her sister-in-law Dona Wade of Las Vegas; her sisters, Nancy (Ron Smith) and Matilda Paxton of Valliant; her grandchildren, Cassandra Brown, Catrina Ferguson, William Lewis, Nicolas Lewis and Regina Montes; and her great grandchildren, Douglas, Moira, Samantha, William, Maxel and Sophia.
