She was predeceased by: her husband Itsuo Ishigo; and her siblings, Isoichi Ueda and Kiyoshi Ueda. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Nakamura (David) and Stacy Hoo (Danny); her grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan Nakamura and Nathan Hoo; her siblings, Asako Igawa, Nancy Ueda, Carole Nakasone and Clarence Ueda; and her sister-in-law Norma Ishigo. She is also survived by many relatives, nieces, and nephews.
Prior to the pandemic, she took pleasure on her first Alaskan cruise with her family, playing the poker machines at her favorite California Hotel in Las Vegas, and exercising and socializing at the Rush gymnasium.
