He is survived by: his children, John Jr. (Denise), Cynthia Kammeyer (Ron), Therese Benge (Clinton), Steven (Teri), Julie Perkins (Harry), Gregory and Angela; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicole Schouten, Danny (Heather), Sondra Hollingsworth, Jessica Boggs (Vern), Nathan (Hillary), Seth (Heather), Ethan Benge (Brittany), Hannah Mayes (Daniel), Gabriella Perez (Christian), Anya Taylor (Randy), Elijah, William Benge, Sinead Brooks (Teyvon), Steven Schouten (Naomi), Ashley Hernandez (Martin), Joshua (Madeleine), Andrew, Jacob (Becky), Justin (Molly), Kaleb, Dominic, Joseph, Elizabeth and Maxmillian Perkins; and his siblings, Nick Schouten, Trudie, Marie, Agnes, Pete, Tom, Dorothy, Roni, Bob and Mike. He is also survived by ses his wife, children and their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
