He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Yancey and Ellen Yancey; his brother Gerald Yancey; his granddaughter Carrie; his daughters, Strasbourg and France; his granddaughters, Patricia (Patty) and Jenny; his wife Maysel Racine Yancey; his daughters, Darla Lea Yancey, Carrie Lynn Yancey and Patricia Ann Yancey; and his grandchildren, Kevin Rowland Conde, Amy Elizabeth Wagner and Jennifer Jillian Yancey Conde.
