He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Sackett and Catherine Sackett (Palmby); his wife Phyllis; his son Derek; and his brother Keith Sackett.
He is survived by: his children, Alysia Sackett and Sean Sackett; his daughter-in-law Patty Sackett; and his brother Kenneth Sackett (Marilyn) of Arlington Heights, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
