He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Reese and Lillian Reese (Cassens); his wife Marjorie "Kay" Reese; his siblings, Arthur Reese, Lewis Reese and Dorothy Gomer; his son Todd Reese; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Sahl and Robert Reinking.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Reese of Oakland, Nebraska and Crystal Bretthauer of Mapleton, Iowa; his daughter-in-law Kathy Fritz of Battle Creek, Iowa; his sister Mick Reinking of Orange, California; his grandchildren, Brook Bretthauer (Jeremy Shuffelbarger), Megan (Gerrett Frehse), Alyse Bretthauer, Darin Fritz, Keelie (Kevin Wortman) and Tayton Reese (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Morgan Frehse, Keegan Bretthauer, Lexi Frehse, Kent Wortman, Brevan Shuffelbarger, Kenley Bretthauer, Brynn Shuffelbarger, Kendel Wortman, Bexley Reese, Kenna Wortman and Kasher Reese; and his sister-in-law Pat Sharp (Duane) of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
