She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bradford and Lucy Forsythe (Barth); her brother Harold B. Forsythe; and her husband Lee Roy. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty Forsythe; her nephew Brad; her niece Pam; and her pet Freddie. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
