She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland VanConett and Cecilia VanConett; her grandson Paul Ortiz; and her husband William K. Ward. She is survived by: her children, Gary Ward of Gardenerville and Colleen Ward Nunes (Tony) of Galt; and her brother Leroy CanConett of Galt. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren.
