He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Buddy" and Sylvia Shea (Joines); his parents-in-law, Glenwood and Gene Hanna; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Shea, Dean Brinkman and Steve Hanna.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Hanna; his children, Jodie Shea Holdeman (Christopher Smith) of Omaha, NE, Brandon Shea of Lodi, CA and Brie Shea of Seattle, WA; and his siblings, Robert Shea (Madonna McGovern) of Alexandria, VA, Tom Shea of Gothenburg, NE, Jim Shea of Holdrege, NE, Lisa Hendricksen (George) of Cozad, NE, Amy Oxford of Broken Bow, NE, Bill Shea of Fremont, NE and Sally Schumacher (Paul) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
