He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Welch; and his uncles, Gerald Fleshman and Gladis Chapin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mancebo Welch; his children, Alexis and Austin; his father John Welch; his brother Johnny Welch; his aunts and uncles, Vernon Fleshman (Florence), Terry Pinto, Mike Pinto, Dee Fleshman and Caroline Welch; his mother-in-law Matilda Mancebo; his siblings-in-law, Delores Gregorio (Manuel), Jean Warren (Jay) and John Mancebo (Cynthia); and his nephews, Matthew Warren, Nathan Mancebo, Nicholas Mancebo, Jacob Warren and Andrew Warren.
