It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Johnson of Galt, California, born in Pettibone, North Dakota, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Martin and Katherine Martin (Guthmiller); and her brother Melvin. She is survived by: her husband Norman Johnson; her daughters, Robbin Bitz (Tom) and Terri Carter; her grandchildren, Kristyn, Matthew (Allison), Chad, Joshua (Audra) and Michelle; her great grandchildren, Sabri, Aidon and Joshua; her sisters, Jeannie Martin and Donna Gates (Darrell); her stepsiblings, Herman Grosshans (Jonnie), Elfriede Wert and Trudy Fischer; her nieces, Jenifer Martin, Michele Denys and Sarah Wheeler; her stepfather Otto Grosshans; and her stepbrothers, Irwin and Egon Grosshans.
Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Alice's name.
