He is survived by: his sister Roberta Dallas of Menifee; and his children, Pamela Randolph, Sherri Barham, Dana McKenna, David Rackliffe, Wendy Rackliffe and Lori Rackliffe. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
