He is survived by: his significant other Linda Salter; his children, Michael Leslie Boyd, Jeffery Lynn Boyd, Heidi Boyd and Taina Boyd; and his spouse Mary Louise Dale. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
