He is survived by: his wife Linda Brookman; his sons, Chad and Kevin; his grandsons, Jake and Brad; his stepdaughter Tara; his son-in-law Pete Lindgren; his grandsons, Matt and Ryan; his stepson Flint Lafferty; his granddaughter Christina (Cory Fakkema); and his great grandchildren, Ozzy, Freddy, Otto and Ona.
