He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Mava Mullard (Walp) and Harold James Mullard. He is survived by: his wife Janice Edith; his daughter Rebecca Jane (Stallings); his son-in-law Anthony; his grandson Carson Keith; and his brothers, Phillip Glenn and Michael James. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
