He is survived by: his wife Melanie Lee McGilton Higgins; his daughters, Kelly Leitner and Christy Piraro; his sons-in-law, Blayne Leitner and Dan Piraro; his stepdaughter Rebecca Jones; his son-in-law Richard Jones; his stepdaughter Amanda Martin; his grandchildren, Brandon Leitner, Ryan Leitner, Colette Jones, Corinne Jones, Isaiah Martin and Lilly Martin; and his former wife Gayle Higgins.
