He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Farley and Gertrude Farley (Parish); his wife Barbara Joy Crouse; his daughter Mary Jo; his granddaughter Keely Megan Farley; and his siblings, Bob Farley, Dick Farley, Donald Farley and Marjorie Murphy (Richard).
He is survived by: his son Jim Farley (Sherry); his sister Joanne Hall; and his brother-in-law Dale Crouse (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.
