She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Kane Simpson; her parents, Joseph Brown and Catherine McHale Brown; and her brothers, Dr. Joseph Browne and Dr. William Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin and Michael; her grandchildren, Stephen (Priscilla) and Theresa (Ivan); her great grandchildren, Mateo and Elena; and her sister Margaret Mary Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church (235 S Pine Dr, Fullerton, CA 92833). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (7845 Santiago Cyn Rd, Orange, CA 92869).
