The passing of Jean Theresa Hogan of Fullerton, California, born in Rochester, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 14, 2025 at the age of 94. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Hogan (Bernie); her children, Patricia Murray (Butch), Maryann Thompson (Steve) and Thomas Hogan; and her siblings, George Schropp (Shirley), Mary Schropp (Dorothy Therese) and Dorothy Gefell (Bernie).
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Saxby (John) of Rochester, NY and Brian Hogan (Kate) of Fullerton, CA.; her brother Robert Schropp (late Barbara) of Carlsbad, CA; her grandchildren, David Thompson, Stevie Thompson of Jack Saxby, T. J, Sam Saxby, Daniel Hogan and John Hogan; and her great grandchild Emma Jean Thompson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A prayer was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the McAulay & Wallace Mortuary (902 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kateri at Christ the King Church (445 Kings Highway South, Rochester, NY 14617).
