It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. (Moonie) Duff (Fullerton, California), who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Bette' was a Fullerton resident for 56 years. She immigrated to the United States from Canada in 1962, where she was married to her husband David C. Duff for 40 years before his passing in June, 2002. They lived in Torrance, Ca., before purchasing their lifetime home in Fullerton in 1964. July 21st would have been their 58th anniversary, and now they are together for eternity. Bette' was a loving and devoted mother to David, Leslie, Duane, and their spouses Ron, Jill and Vanessa. She also leaves behind Grandchildren, Jacqueline, Breanna, Justin (by marriage) Lindsey, Ryan, Dustin, David, Julian, Destiny, and Deegan. In addition, eight siblings who still reside in Canada, Bob, Bernard, Brian, Alan, Linda, Ron and Gail. She also leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Bette, was also known as "Mammy" by her grandchildren and many of her own children’s friends. She was always involved with School PTA, Sporting teams and was always one the proudest cheerleader in the stands. She had a passion for traveling, music, reading and spending time with family. She enjoyed watching baseball, softball, hockey, off road racing or any sport one of her own children or grandchild participated in. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
