She is survived by: her son Gary Curtis; her siblings, Mary Helen Cortez, Rudy Lara and Cristy Curtis; her close friend Mario Trevino; and her grandchildren, Adam, Hannah Curtis, Marie, Emiliano, Eliana Trevino, Jessica, Sophia Cuen, Isabella and Alondra Walstad.
