He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Weber and Ruth Stegner Weber; his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Kristen Weber Carlisle and Jeananne Weber (Oscar); his grandchildren, Karry Giunti, Max Carlisle and Jeffrey Carlisle; his great grandchild Evangeline; his children, Winston Weber Jr. and Karen Ruth Weber; and his grandson Joseph Giunti.
