He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his sons, Vern and Cecil. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Ruff, Lois Rodriguez (Fernie) and Rebecca Machado (Kirk); his sister Sylvia Reid; and also, Paul Ruff (Carol), Christopher Ruff (Crystal), Troy Ruff (Allie), Fernando Rodriguez, Rachel Deleon (Gabe), Anthony Rodriguez, Sara Labuga (Adam), Gillian Koehn (Jeremy), Damian Machado and Gabriel Rodriguez.
