He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Frank and Helen Frank; and his grandson Dallen Frank. He is survived by: his wife Dou "Blackie" Moua Ly Frank; his children, Warren Frank Jr. (LaVonne), Stacey Giguiere and Bryan Frank (Debbie); his stepdaughter LeAnn Stratakis (Albert); his stepgrandchildren, Dany Ly (Ak), Maly Ly and Mayko Ly (Vang); and his siblings, Alex Frank Jr. (Beverly) and Faith Potter (Cleve). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and great grandchildren.
