He is survived by: his parents, Bertha May Butler and Walter Olin Butler, II; his wife Rosa Maria Butler; his daughter Claudia Lopez; his sister Tammy Augustus (John); his grandchildren, Oscar Ivan Bonillas, Selena Lizeth Bonillas, Amber Christine Navarro, Elvia Lopez and Mayte Elizabeth Lopez; his great grandchildren, Destiny Lizeth Torres and Josiah Hernandez; his nephew John Augustus, III (Amber); his nieces, Lynsey Larson (Dan) and Patricia Murtha (Austin); and his aunts, Judy Willing and Barbara Kellam (Raymond).
