He was predeceased by: his parents, Amparo Gutierrez and Guadalupe M Gutierrez. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Castro (Roofy), Guadalupe Andrew Gutierrez (Blanca Garcia) and Victor Daniel Gutierrez Jr.; and his sisters, Rosalinda Gutierrez of Fresno and Diane Smith (Ron) of Sanger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, an uncle and cousins.
A Memorial Mass and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to the current pandemic.
