He is survived by: his father Judge Peter Joseph; his stepmother Jan Yanda Valentino; his siblings, Peter and Gigi Balderama; his brother-in-law Larry; his sister Connie Parker (David); his granddaughter Mia; his nieces and nephews, Megan Crisp (Drew), Presley, Sarah Valentino, James, Mike Stoeckle (Twyla), Turner and Scottie; his girlfriend Charlotte Bien; his girlfriend's child Jamie; his son Nick; his close friend Carlos Gonzales (Marcie); and also, Haley Hamilton, Camryn, Gigi and Colin.

Remembrances may be made to Rotary Club of Clovis, Catholic Charities, or donor's favorite charity.
