He was predeceased by: his son Steve Sr.; his grandson Stevie Jr.; his parents, Thomas Sr. Baker and Lucille Baker; and his siblings, Clifford, Cecil, LeeRoy, Bud, Earl, Bertha, Cleo, Jewel and Jessie.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Judy and Cindy (Assad); his grandchildren, Jason (Autumn), Jaimee, Brandon and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Stevie, Jordan, Austin, Clare and Braeden; and his great great grandchild Steven Gage.
Due to COVID guidelines, a private graveside service will be held.
